I’m often described as hard working, highly intelligent, and a tough negotiator who always puts clients first. My clients say I make real estate transactions easy for them.
My experience with North Carolina real estate goes back nearly a decade. After graduating with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, I practiced law with two top-rated board certified real property specialists. My practice was heavily focused on real estate, helping clients obtain top dollar for their property. Clients paid hundreds of dollars per hour for me to negotiate on their behalf. In 2009 I was part of a trial team that won one of the biggest verdicts in North Carolina. I regularly worked with appraisers as part of my practice and have unique insight into how appraisers value homes. I also helped buyers and sellers when their real estate transactions fell through, which helps me ensure that my buyers and sellers don’t suffer the same fate.
While I love real estate law, I really love helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate. For me there’s nothing like the satisfaction of helping a buyer move into their perfect home with minimal hassle. I’m overjoyed if I help a seller get top dollar for their home so they can move on to the next phase of their life. My clients demand excellence and I’m proud to deliver.
I’m also a graduate of Georgetown University, where I studied business and marketing. Prior to law school I worked in sales for a large trade association, where I regularly shattered sales goals. I excel at sales not because I’m a slick talker, but because I listen to my clients and work tirelessly to provide solutions to problems. I’m also a graduate of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics. My business, marketing, and statistics background help me deliver comprehensive market information so that my buyers and sellers are incredibly well-educated about the Triangle-area real estate market.
