Mordecai Place Description

Mordecai Place is a National Register of Historic Places neighborhood that was developed in the beginning in 1916. Mordecai Place is within very close proximity to downtown Raleigh and is within walking distance of the revitalized Person Street district, which features shops and dining. Mordecai Place homes range from the Craftsman homes that were typical in the early 20th century to various revival styles of architecture, including Colonial Revival, Spanish Mission Revival, and Tudor Revival.
